The Rituals
I designed the rituals with the intention of standing apart from the classic 60-min Californian or deep tissue massages we all know so well.
I wanted to create an experience that feels different, memorable, longer, and above all, more impactful — one that truly offers a “before and after.”
All rituals share a holistic approach: we don’t just work with the body; we also give space for the mind, the soul, and the energy to express themselves and flow freely.
Each ritual can be tailored and personalized to meet individual needs.
The only element that cannot be adjusted is the minimum length of each ritual. Because when you come to Essentielle, you come to take your time — to listen to everything your body, mind, and soul are longing to tell you.
Femme Ritual
Femme = Woman
This ritual is a deep invitation to return to oneself.
Designed for women seeking reconnection, it opens a sacred space
where one can fully lay down — without masks, without expectations.
It is a suspended moment dedicated to inner unity: listening to what vibrates,
what blocks, and what is calling to be released.
Through this treatment, we explore the knots, tensions, and memories stored
within the body — often silent, yet very present.
The intention is not to force, but to allow, with gentleness,
what needs to be seen, heard, and acknowledged to emerge.
In this space, the aim is not to “fix,” but to reawaken the circulation of feminine energy
in all its fluidity, sensuality, wisdom, and power.
The medicine of the rose will accompany each stage of the ritual

This ritual is an invitation to integrate the birth experience,
to honor the woman who has become a mother, and to give space to
whatever needs to be laid down, welcomed, or acknowledged.
Through its gentle rocking and enveloping closings, the rebozo supports
the mother in her postnatal recovery, helping to symbolically
and physically close the great passage of birth.
This treatment is for all women who have recently given birth whether a few weeks
or a few months after delivery.
