Private yoga classes at home

Above all, I’ve been a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher for more than 8 years.

I stumbled into perinatal care by chance in 2021. I had no idea back then that it would become my specialty and, more importantly, my passion.

With all these years of experience, I offer private classes that are perfectly adapted to your needs. I can come to your home if it’s within my area, or you can come to mine (Tilal Al Ghaf).

I teach in French and/or English.

I provide all the equipment (mat, block, strap, bolster, etc.).
